Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Hoyland, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hoyland is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Hoyland and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK medicines legislation.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our clinical questionnaire honestly and in full. Our prescribers reserve the right to decline to treat any patient where it is clinically inappropriate to do so.
Weight loss medications will only be prescribed where clinically indicated, based on your BMI, medical history, and other relevant health information you provide. You must not use our services if you are already receiving the same treatment from another provider without disclosing this to us.
All prescriptions issued through our clinic are generated by a qualified, registered prescriber following review of your consultation. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment being stopped and could carry legal consequences. We may contact your GP or verify information where clinically necessary.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. If treatment is not approved, you will be notified and any applicable fees will be refunded in accordance with our payment terms.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
If your consultation is not approved by our prescriber, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us promptly at the email or telephone number listed on our website.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispensed medication unless it is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If you receive damaged or incorrect medication, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not replace your regular GP or specialist care. We strongly recommend that you inform your GP of any weight loss treatment you are receiving.
Weight loss medications can have side effects. You should read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication. If you experience serious or unexpected side effects, stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical advice or call 999 in an emergency.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purposes of providing and improving our clinical service. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to orders placed after the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
